This notice is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD) to visitors of giss.group and to anyone who contacts us via the form or the contact details provided.

2. Data we process
- Browsing data: for technical and security reasons, the server hosting the website logs data such as IP address, date and time of the request, page visited and browser type.
- Data you provide: name, email, company and the content of any message you send us via the contact form or by email.
- Cookie preferences: the choice you make on the cookie notice, stored only in your browser.
This website does not use profiling cookies or analytics tools.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Replying to requests for information or consultations and managing any pre-contractual relationship: pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
- Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the website: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Complying with legal obligations: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
4. Retention
Data sent through the contact form is kept for as long as needed to handle your request and in any case for no more than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contractual relationship is established or retention is required by law. Technical logs are kept for a limited period, normally no longer than 12 months.
5. Recipients
Your data is not disclosed or sold to third parties. It may be processed by our hosting and email service providers acting as processors, bound by agreements under Art. 28 GDPR, and disclosed to authorities where required by law.
6. Transfers outside the European Union
We do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection at any time, and withdraw your consent – without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal – by writing to info@giss.group.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority: in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, or the authority of the EU country where you live.
8. Is providing data mandatory?
Providing the data marked as required in the contact form is necessary for us to reply to your request; without it, we will not be able to respond.
