Safekeeping involves the deposit and custody of movable property in secure premises (vaults). We offer this service in several countries, in our own facilities and through partners.
The service allows goods and valuables of any type and size – cash, works of art, furs, jewellery, precious items – to be deposited in transit or for storage in purpose-built vaults. On request, we also handle collection and home delivery.
24/7 security, 365 days a year
- Continuous surveillance by specialised staff, supported by appropriate technology.
- Intrusion and burglar alarm systems, with a control room active every day of the year.
- Armoured doors and CCTV with 24/7 recording, inside and outside the premises and along the perimeter.
- Access restricted to authorised persons, with procedures ensuring that access, operations and any anomalies can be traced.
Disaster recovery
The vault can include a disaster recovery backup area, with environmental and security conditions suitable for storing magnetic media, electronic records and video and tape archives.
Safe deposit boxes
On request, safe deposit boxes can be provided in accordance with applicable national and international regulations and the terms of the contract signed by the parties.
