An international team
All members of the in-house office work professionally in several languages – in particular English, Spanish and Russian – when assisting clients, negotiating contracts and conducting negotiations. The same applies to support staff and to our international network of collaborators.
The firm assists many businesses in Italy and Spain and works continuously with Italian and Spanish companies looking to relocate all or part of their business abroad – including through cross-border group restructuring – as well as with companies preparing, negotiating and executing major projects in other countries.
The firm is a member of Legal Netlink Alliance, an international network of independent law firms bringing together more than 100 firms and over 2,000 lawyers worldwide, and has long-standing working relationships on five continents. A dedicated Spanish/Italy desk is run mainly by Italian and Spanish lawyers; many of our professionals hold postgraduate degrees from Europe and the United States and regularly publish articles and papers.
